Frequently asked questions
Are all reviews really answered automatically?
By default, every reply requires your manual approval, regardless of star rating. You explicitly enable automatic publishing per star rating in Settings (e.g. only for 5-star reviews). For 1-2 star reviews we recommend keeping manual approval.
Do the replies sound natural?
Yes. The AI is trained to respond like a real business owner: no generic phrases, no AI-typical clichés. Every reply references specific details from the review.
What if I want to change a reply?
For negative reviews, you receive 3 different suggestions. You can select one or customise it. The AI learns from your changes and adapts its style for future replies.
How quickly are replies published?
Once you approve a reply, it is published with a short, natural-looking delay (30 minutes to 8 hours) so it does not look bot-like. The same delay applies when auto-publishing is enabled. For negative reviews you are notified promptly and decide when the reply is published.
