Yes. Once you approve, StarReview publishes the reply directly on Google, with a natural delay of 30 minutes to 8 hours. Google is the only platform where StarReview publishes itself; everywhere else you publish with a prepared draft.
Do I have to approve every reply?
By default, yes: every reply waits for you. In Settings you can enable automatic publishing per star rating (1 to 5), for example only for 5-star reviews. For 1 and 2 stars we recommend manual review.
How many Google replies are included?

Does StarReview reply in the language of the guest?

Will the replies sound like my business?
StarReview analyses your previous Google replies and learns your greeting, tone and typical phrases, per location. Every edit you make to a draft improves future suggestions.
What about old, unanswered reviews?
That is what the catch-up option is for: you pick the period, StarReview counts the unanswered reviews and shows the final CHF price before you start. Even years of backlog get cleared.
