Are there additional per-reply costs?
No. Every StarReview plan includes unlimited StarReview replies to Google reviews. Whether you have 10 or 1000 reviews per month, the price stays the same.
Are prices in CHF or EUR?
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). StarReview is a Swiss company based in St. Margarethen (TG) and bills in CHF.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. StarReview is cancellable on a monthly basis. There is no minimum term and no hidden fees. You can end your subscription anytime from settings.
What is included in the price?
Every plan includes: unlimited StarReview replies to Google reviews, brand-voice customization, approval workflow for negative reviews, weekly recap, personal support, and replies in German, French, Italian, and English.

What happens after the 7 free reply drafts?
After that, you decide whether to continue on the regular tariff (CHF 19-39 per location per month). You can cancel monthly from settings.
Does StarReview connect to TripAdvisor, Booking.com or Yelp?
No. Social replies are a manual paste-and-copy tool. You paste a review from TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, delivery platforms or similar sites, generate a reply, and copy it back yourself. StarReview does not auto-publish there.
Are social replies per account or per location?
They are per location. Each paid location includes 20 social replies per month, and extra packs are attached to the selected location.
How are long social reviews counted?
A normal pasted review up to 700 characters counts as 1 reply. A long review or multi-paragraph review counts as 2 replies. Platform, rating, language, voice and saved context do not change that.
Are pasted social reviews saved as business knowledge?
No. Pasted review text is stored as social reply history for the selected location, together with optional context, platform/listing metadata and generated replies. Reusable business knowledge only comes from saved profile context and reply policy notes.
How does the backlog cleanup add-on work?
First connect your Google Business Profile. We then count unanswered reviews per timeframe and show clear options with the final CHF price. You catch up quickly without estimating the cost yourself.
