How much does StarReview cost?
StarReview costs CHF 29 per location monthly. Annual billing is CHF 261 per location, equivalent to CHF 21.75 per month and a saving of CHF 87 per location per year.
What is included?
Every paid location receives 50 reply credits per month. They apply across every connected channel. Connecting channels does not add another fee.
How does the 7-day trial work?
You can connect channels and import and view feedback first. Before the first reply draft, you add a payment method through Stripe. The 7 days at CHF 0.- start only after that step succeeds.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
The monthly or annual plan selected at activation starts automatically unless you cancel beforehand. Stripe shows the exact amount and start date before confirmation.
Which channels does StarReview support?
The current list is on the Channels page. Pricing and the 50 reply credits stay the same regardless of which supported channels you connect.
How are multiple locations billed?
Each selected location is billed separately and receives its own 50 reply credits per month. The calculator is an illustration; the location selection in your account is authoritative. A checkout supports up to 100 locations.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. The monthly plan has no minimum term and can be ended in settings. The annual plan continues through its already paid annual period.
Which payment methods does StarReview accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and TWINT. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
