Are there additional per-reply costs?
No. Every StarReview plan includes unlimited AI replies to Google reviews. Whether you have 10 or 1000 reviews per month, the price stays the same.
Are prices in CHF or EUR?
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). StarReview is a Swiss company based in St. Margarethen (TG) and bills in CHF.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. StarReview is cancellable on a monthly basis. There is no minimum term and no hidden fees. You can end your subscription anytime from settings.
What is included in the price?
Every plan includes: unlimited AI replies to Google reviews, brand-voice customization, approval workflow for negative reviews, weekly recap, personal support, and replies in German, French, Italian, and English.
Is there a free trial?
With the early-access voucher, you get the first 2 months of StarReview free starting at launch (expected June 2026, subject to Google approval). The free reply generator at starreview.ch/en/tools/antwort-generator is available beforehand without signing up, but it only uses the review text and does not reflect the full StarReview product.
What happens after the 2 free months?
After the 2 free months, your subscription auto-renews at the regular tariff (CHF 19-39 per location per month). You can cancel anytime from settings, no questions asked.
How does the backlog cleanup add-on work?
For existing unanswered reviews from the past 6-24 months, there is an optional one-off package starting at CHF 1 per review with tiered pricing: 1-50 reviews CHF 1, 51-200 reviews CHF 0.50, 201+ reviews CHF 0.25 per review. Catches you up fast without inflating the monthly price.
