With photo recognition enabled, StarReview looks at the photo when a guest uploads one of their plate and writes about it. Instead of "Thanks for visiting", they read for example "Glad you enjoyed the pasta".
The vision AI extracts one or two short observations from the image and weaves them into the reply, in your personal voice. Up to two photos per review, a maximum of five photo-based replies per business per month. Photo recognition is optional and available on request.
