How does StarReview work?
StarReview connects to your Google Business Profile and reads new reviews automatically. Every review gets a personalised suggestion. You approve each reply before it goes live; automatic publishing per star rating (1 to 5) is enabled in Settings.
What AI does StarReview use?
StarReview does not tie the service to one permanent model name. Each quarter we evaluate available models against 53 real Swiss Google reviews in six languages. We test factual grounding, safe handling of criticism, and multilingual replies. Our methodology publishes the criteria and limitations.
