No, and that is not down to StarReview: Just Eat provides restaurants with no reply function. There is no such field in the Partner Hub, checked in July 2026 against two partner accounts.

Do Just Eat reviews count towards my allotment?
No. The allotment counts replies, and on Just Eat none comes about. Collecting and evaluating are included in your location's subscription.

No. A review nobody can answer would distort the figure. It counts towards your rating and the topics, not towards the response rate.
What if Just Eat introduces a reply function?
