Frequently asked questions
Do I have to approve every reply individually?
By default, yes: StarReview prepares the draft, you review and approve it, and only then is it published. On Google, StarReview publishes the approved reply for you; on every other platform you publish it yourself.
Which languages does StarReview reply in?
German, French, Italian and English, always matching the language of the review. Swiss conventions such as ss instead of the Eszett are respected.
Does StarReview work for multiple locations?
Yes. Each location gets its own drafts in its own style, and you see all locations in one shared overview. Every location costs CHF 29 per month and includes 50 reply credits per calendar month.
