How does the approval workflow work?
In Settings, you decide per star rating (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) whether the AI publishes directly or submits for approval. By default every review requires your approval; you can enable automatic publishing for any star rating.
Can I customise every reply?
Yes. In approval mode you see the AI draft and can edit it directly or have a new one generated. The AI learns from your changes and gets better at future replies.
How quickly am I notified?
As soon as a review is detected and ready for approval, you receive an email within minutes with the review and the reply draft.
What happens if I don't respond?
The review remains unanswered until you approve. You receive regular reminders by email.
