30 email and 30 SMS requests per location per month are included in all plans. If you need more, you can purchase add-on packages: 50 extra for CHF 5, 100 for CHF 10, or 200 for CHF 20.
What does an SMS request cost?
The first 30 SMS requests per month are included free in your plan. Additional SMS packages are available from CHF 5 for 50 requests.
What does the email look like that my customer receives?

Does the QR code work without a limit?
Yes. The QR code has no limit, it's simply a direct link to your Google review page. Customers can scan it as often as they like.
Can I offer incentives for reviews, or only ask happy customers?
No. Google's review policies explicitly prohibit incentivized reviews (discounts or freebies in exchange) and review-gating (only asking customers you expect to leave positive feedback).
