Is there a limit to how often I can share the link?
No. The QR code and review link have no limit. Share them as often as you like, included in your subscription.
In which languages are the cards available?
Your print-ready cards and graphics are available in four languages: German, French, Italian and English. With your logo, once you have uploaded it.
Does StarReview send the requests to my customers?
No. StarReview gives you the QR code, the review link and a ready-to-send message. You share it yourself, in person, via WhatsApp, SMS or email. The contact with your customers stays with you, and no customer data is stored.
Does the QR code work without a limit?
Yes. The QR code has no limit, it's simply a direct link to your Google review page. Customers can scan it as often as they like.
Can I offer incentives for reviews, or only ask happy customers?
No. Google's review policies explicitly prohibit incentivized reviews (discounts or freebies in exchange) and review-gating (only asking customers you expect to leave positive feedback).
